Subtle Tea's Organic Green Earl Grey Green Tea is an organic Chinese green tea with a touch of bergamot oil. This tea has flavor reminiscent of Earl Grey tea, but has the health benefits of green tea- the best of both worlds!
Green tea is high in antioxidants which may help prevent cancer. Additionally, drinking green teas may lower cholesterol, regulate blood sugar level, aid digestion and prevent cavities. Drink it and feel good.
To brew the perfect cup:
Water temperature should be between 140°F and 185°F (60°C-90°C).- Add 1.5 teaspoons of tea for every 8 ounces of water.
- Brew for 1-2 minutes
